Manaakitanga in action

Victoria Māori Wardens is a volunteer-driven community charity caring for whānau and community across Victoria — through compassionate service, cultural guidance and a helping hand wherever it's needed.

Nau mai, haere mai · Welcome

Caring for our community with heart

Rooted in Māori values and open to all, we walk alongside our community in times of celebration and times of need.

Māori Wardens have a proud tradition of community service. Here in Victoria, our volunteers give their time to support events, guide and care for people, share culture, and bring comfort to families when it matters most — always with humility, respect and aroha (love).
